– Evan Winters, Co-Head of Portfolio Management, to depart at the end of 2024
– Andrew Bernstein, CEO and Co-Head of Portfolio Management, will continue as Head of Portfolio Management
Aeolus Capital Management Ltd. (“Aeolus”) today announced that Evan Winters, Co-Head of Portfolio Management, has made the decision to leave the Company, effective December 31, 2024. Andrew Bernstein, CEO and Co-Head of Portfolio Management, will continue as Head of Portfolio Management at that time.
Mr. Winters has been a part of the Aeolus investment team for over 14 years, providing leadership roles in Aeolus’ modeling and portfolio management functions. Mr. Winters relocated to the United States in late 2023 and will complete his transition at the end of 2024 to pursue personal interests full-time.
Commenting on Mr. Winters’ departure, Mr. Bernstein said, “All of us at Aeolus want to thank Evan for his years of service and numerous contributions to our shared success. We will miss his leadership and partnership but fully support his decision and are pleased he is staying on through the end of the year to complete a smooth transition.
